VISIONS Service Adventures

Description:

VISIONS Service Adventures runs community service programs for teenagers in locations throughout the Caribbean, in North, Central and South America, and in Vietnam.

VISIONS seeks a full-time employee whose primary responsibilities will be web and technical administration, including staying current with Search Engine Optimization, Google AdWords, social networking, online databases, some programming and website development. This person must be highly organized and task-oriented. We are a mission-driven, close-knit team. VISIONS seeks someone with a long-term commitment in mind, who will make part of our small and exciting business their own.

Job is diverse and includes work beyond technical: the right applicant will be comfortable handling customer inquiries, knowing and understanding VISIONS programs, and perhaps assisting with design and marketing materials for recruiting and outreach. Job responsibilities are varied throughout the year, which keeps the nature of VISIONS' work interesting and dynamic. Friendliness and excellent interpersonal/skills are critical.

Job Title: Web, Tech, Communications

Compensation: Commensurate with web/technical positions in Montana and professional experience. Position also includes benefits; possibility of some flex time; 3 weeks annual vacation.

Location: Bozeman Montana starting late September or early October.

Job Functions and Required Experience:

• Working knowledge of SEO and AdWords
• Experience in web design and some programming
• Monitor online database and CRM program (Customer Relationship Management)
• Manage array of social networking tools and online outreach
• Respond to emails with proper grammar, spelling and detail
• Assist in answering phone calls regarding summer program inquiries
• Possibly design marketing materials
• Ability and desire to clearly understand VISIONS' mission, policies, and summer programs
• Maintain clear, ongoing communication with colleagues
