We like to meet personally as many potential participants as possible. To this end, we travel regularly to home appointments, camp fairs and schools in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States throughout the off-season. While we infrequently visit other regions of the U. S. and Canada, further from our home office in Central Pennsylvania, we do our best to schedule appointments in these areas if we visit for annual camp fairs or if one of our seasoned summer program directors lives in your area.

The home appointment, about 45-50 minutes, combines photos with a narration of program details followed by ample time for questions and information sharing. Of course, we are always happy to speak to families at length over the telephone, too.
