Update on Joel, from the Rainbow Children's Home in Tortola

We first printed a story about Joel from the Rainbow Children's Home in Tortola in The Visionary Fall edition 2005. Three 2005 Tortola participants were touched by his spirit and his will. So they went home and did something about it. They raised money to buy a walker and ship it to Joel. We experienced the joy of witnessing firsthand last summer the amazing grace with which Joel now navigates his new walker and the comparable ease with which he is able to 'walk' around.
